Dr. Adil Alkenzawi, French Architect DPLG graduated from the higher national School of Architecture Paris-la Villette, Doctor in architectural and urban design (university of Paris), decorated by the French président as "Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur", he is originary from UR (Mésopotamy, Nasiriya, IRAQ ).

And by French Architect Joseph Antoun, DESS in materials for Architecture diploma, from Versailles Architecture School (EAV) & Technology University of Compiègne (UTC). MBA from ESA-ESCP.

Since 2010, UR is expanding in IRAQ, participating in the reconstruction and developpement of the country's infrastructure.
